3 Reasons Why You Should Never Use Heavy Weights

heavy weightsOf course getting bigger muscles is very appealing, but is using heavy weights good for your body? Many would say yes, and they would be right. However, normally people don’t really understand some of the consequences of what happens to their bodies after they use heavy weights often to workout.

In this post, we are going to discuss three reasons why you should never use heavy weights, but really heavy weights should be used in moderation to your normal cardio and muscle building routines. Enjoy these following reasons:

Reason #1 – Injuries

Since your body builds itself from challenging movements and heavier weight, his is how you’re going to increase muscle development. However, lifting heavy weights for a long period of time it has been revealed in studies that this stresses the joint muscles and may lead to injury. Which makes it very important to use this 72-hour rule when lifting heavy weights and let your body rest more frequently, not like you would with lighter weights.

Reason #2 – Wears Down Joints

Heavy lifting repeatedly can’t wear down the lubrication and put lots of pressure on joints. So it’s important to always eat foods or take supplements that help with joint health and keeping them properly used. Watch you from because it’s also important to maintain your form while using exercise since this is a common way to get injured.

Reason #3 – Stresses Out The Body

Your body can only handle so much stress, while heavy lifting frequently does put a huge amount of stress on not only your joints, but your entire body. Remembering that doing less heavy lifting can also give you the same results if you do your moves properly.

Do you weight train with heavy weights often? Maybe you should think about how your training might be too much for your body to handle. If you aren’t structuring your weight training, it’s best to talk to a professional and get a routine set up that keeps heavy lifting in check.

2. Rest For A Day or Two

Rest is so important for your body to recover muscle, heal that then grow. Without enough rest and time off your workouts can easily be suffering, and you won’t realize how fatigued you really are. If you feel like you are working out to hard or too much, it may be a time to take some time off to rest and come back stronger. This will Make your next workout, just amazing and you’ll feel full energized!

3. Eat Natural Fats

Natural fats are really good for your body to become stronger and able to burn fat while building muscle. If your body feels like it won’t grow or is just not responding to your workouts, try adding things like Avocados, Nuts and Seeds to the mix and your results should improve significantly.

4. Get Competitive

If you see someone lifting heavier than you, use that as a mental push to break through your plateau barrier in your training. Train to look like someone or to be better than someone is a great motivational thing to do while you are working out. Even having a bike race or push-up competition every now and then can help improve your workouts instantly, it breaks through boredom and routine!

5. Spill A Few Jokes With A Workout Partner

If your find your workout is really not very fun, then I think it’s fine to socialize and crack a few jokes with friends. If you take your mind off your workout momentarily, even for a few minutes, you can help to distract yourself from a crappy workout. Give it a try, just remember to get back to work!

My new routine will involve a TRX suspension training kit, and I will be glad to post some great pictures of my routine. I will take a photo of the 90-day challenge on day one, and then also take a photo of my last 90th day.

I will also be taking a pre-workout supplement; this will help me with my training. I will be focusing more on diet and nutrition for the results I seek.

The 90 Challenge Goal

My Goal is to lose 5 pounds of body fat and put on an extra 5 pounds of muscle mass following this strict routine. Five training days per week, four protein-packed meals per day and a perfect positive attitude! #1 -  Doing Things Really Wrong…

Do these people ever think to ask for help? These people are the ones who literally look like that have never been in a gym before. It’s hard to know what to do, is it either help them or just watch them in horror…you decide!

#2 – Doing Funny Moves

This one is really funny, but it kind of makes you feel sorry for the people who do them. Funny moves that really don’t help your workout but people still do them, not knowing how ridiculous.

#3 – Shadow Boxing

Shadow boxing is another really funny thing we often see people doing…yet they are definitely not a boxer. #1 Myth About Taking Pre-Workout Supplements

It’s only water weight right? Is exactly what many people think about what its like taking a pre-workout supplement for their workouts. This simply, isn’t true.

Your results will not just go away after you stop working out and taking the pre-workout supplement. If you keep taking the supplement and your not sleeping, eating right or drinking enough liquids you may feel that you are. However, it’s not true!

A pre-workout supplement will not be a waste of your money, simply because it improves your workout results and builds confidence. With a pre-workout supplement, you would be gaining more abilities to lift heavier and lose fat fast.

Without a pre-workout supplement, you can get good results too, but there are things a pre-workout supplement can help you with that are worth purchasing some. Energy for one, if you have low energy taking a pre-workout will boost your energy levels.

The #1 myth about taking pre-workout supplements is that they are going just adding water weight, but they don’t. You might feel that way at first, but if you continually maintain your fitness level, taking one like NO Xplode, will not be a waste.

When you use supplements to enhance your fitness results, everything helps even multi-vitamins. With a pre-workout,  you are simply helping to feed your body extra things naturally occurring in your body like creatine and nitric oxide, improving muscle growth.

This #1 myth that people have about taking pre-workout supplements simply…is not true. They don’t work if you are not working hard enough to get results in the first place. If you take any pre-workout supplement and aren’t working, you won’t see the results, and they will not work for you.

But if you workout hard, eat well and rest well, pre-workout supplements are a definite must-have to improve your results.

The Funniest Way To Workout Ever Invented

Do you remember those ridiculous vibrating bands that old school workout enthusiasts used to use? Even now fitness equipment manufacturers had trying to create stuff that is similar in that vibrations can remove unwanted body fat. But do they work?

The simple matter is…does vibration do anything for your workout results beside tickle you? Oh and also make you look foolish to everyone else in the room. Maybe it was because the people who invented this workout method was actually the Russians, not that I think all Russians are foolish.

This Russian technology was actually invented by their space program to help improve muscle toning and density, in the zero gravity of space. The astronauts would spend months up in space and they would actually be able to maintain their bodies much better using this exercise method.

Vibration Exercise Equipment

The new types of exercise vibration belt and body vibration exercise machines can actually help to reduce stress, cortisol levels and improve bone health. But these older types of machines look really funny, don’t they?

Vibrating belt exercise bands were actually a revolutionary invention, all though very funny looking was very smart. The inventors of this way to stay in shape were really on to something great, you can stand there and simple get more fit by not really doing anything. Perfect or not so perfect?

I would have to say, not so perfect in many ways because your body needs really movement and activities. There is no substitute for hard work, the harder you workout, the bigger the pay off. The less you workout…well you know the rest.

But if you did have a machine like this, and you wanted to multi-task like read a book or watch tv and get a workout, you could just stand on it! Then you would get a workout, when you’re not working out so amplifying better results.

But it would never be always the best choice to stick to vibration exercise, it’s simply not real enough for your body to be challenged to grow. It’s a simple maintenance tool, nothing more. Which is why it is the funniest way to workout ever invented!

Please leave your comment if you want to say something! Do you think it’s the funniest way to workout or have you got another funny one to add to the list?
