How To Workout When Your Tired From Work

The fact that many people find it difficult to workout after a long day of work. This happens to all of us, yet we need to work and pay our bills.

So how do you push through a workout after or before a long day of work? When your body is exhausted and your mind is wandering like a light buld that is about to flicker and go out. It maybe not be as tough as you think!

Ever heard of shock training? This type of working out will send shocks to your brain and muscles to wake up and deliver results.

It usually takes about 15 minutes for this type of working out to kick in, but you will feel more alert and able to focus on your training.

How To Workout When Your Tired From Work

Step 1

Remember your body needs fuel. If you aren’t into caffeine or energy drinks use power foods. Eat nuts, seeds, fruits with antioxidants right before you leave work or just after to fuel your body.

Step 2

Remember to drink at least 8 ounces of water and stretch for at least 5 minutes when you begin. Getting you body moving and you muscles working will help it shock into waking up.

Step 3

Build an explosive routine and make it shorter than your used to. Do jumping lunges, one legged squats and jumping jacks in between sets to get the blood flowing to your brain to wake up.

These a few steps you can try to improve your training before you go to workout after work. Build your tolerance and do these steps at your own pace. Enjoy!

This technique is great because it allows you to workout hard and then never stop in between your sets, which creates results. Any types of interruptions in your workouts can mess up your conditioning and workout success. So remember to blast your music and don’t stop for anything!

Make sure that you only train no longer than 30 minutes in total every workout. The intensity of the workout is the most important thing in burning fat and getting huge gains. Going heavy for longer or doing cardiovascular exercises only breaks down muscle, which you want to avoid.

The Diet

There is no actual written down diet which Mark follows, but he never eats any carbohydrates after 6pm. Get yourself a lean eating book or guide which you can follow, and then stick to it. This plan will be crucial if you want to get those 6-pack abs like Mark Wahlberg.

A high protein diet and lean meal program which is design to build that lean muscle while ripping the fat off is not easy to come by.
