How To Gain Muscle And Abs With The Mark Wahlberg Workout
This workout only starts with about 30 minutes per workout which you need to do about 5-6 times per week. This is an intense weight training routine which is short and will cover a variety of muscle groups instead of isolating just one muscle group every session like most workouts.
There is something very different about this routine which is that there is not any cardio in it. The routine covers just muscle training and also is more targeted on nutrition to achieve lower body fat percentage instead of doing any cardio to rip of the fat and show muscle.
