90 Day Challenge: Creating Muscle Mass and Speed!

Over the next few months, I will be going on a 90-day challenge which involves a strict no-drinking policy and fully finished schedule. I will share the finished schedule with everyone, as soon as I was complete with it; I will post it for you all on here.

My new routine will involve a TRX suspension training kit, and I will be glad to post some great pictures of my routine. I will take a photo of the 90-day challenge on day one, and then also take a photo of my last 90th day.

Eating Animal Fat: Is It Good Or Bad?

This question has been brought up by some of my reader’s comments, and I wanted to comment back about this topic right away. It seems that many people like to eat natural fats, but don’t realize if eating lots or too little is bad or good?

If you like to eat Avocados, fatty meats like Bacon or pork, it’s really not going to do anything bad. Nevertheless, just like any other type of food that can cause your body to go through changes, it’s important to know what your doing if you want to get the results and benefits from eating animal fat.

Of course, your body should avoid the bad trans fats, while eating some natural fats are great. Animal fat is good for muscle growth and helping your body cleanse and stay healthy. You are able to eat many types of natural fat before they actually become too much for your body to take.

Just like anything, you eat, including healthy things like fruits or potatoes. Your body has a limit until it’s going to store that into body fat. You want to use that natural fat you eat to create muscle, help your body and provide some awesome benefits.

For example, if you eat beef, it will be natural raising testosterone levels, which increase muscle growth. Fat also helps make you feel full, so that you don’t crave more foods, which include sugars, which are not very good for fitness results.

However, eating too many natural fats is also not going to be a good thing, but still include them in your diet. If you eat things such as nuts, bacon or seeds, you should make sure just like any other food that is high in calories….to limit portions.
