    This is a hot topic in Homopathic field . ” Lack of sun “and when we put on hats and sunscreen and stay out of the sun on very hot days, we are deficient in the steriod hormone Vit D . recommended dose ,5000 units .daily and it will increase mood and welbeing etc etc
