Enjoyed all the Thanksgiving food? Now your regretting all the food and would like to burn off those meals? Get off your butt!

This week is week you will be able to turn that fat into muscle or use to burn off even more calories! Grab your gym bag and store your favourite tunes on your iPod. No excuses!

Drink plenty of water, and your gym buddy and make sure to do at least 40 minutes of cardio today. You can take your dog for a run in the park or play basketball with your friends.

Playing sports outdoors will also help your body burn off those extra calories seamlessly. Have fun while you burn of those calories! Here’s the workout guys:

How To Lose Weight With Our  Simply After Thanksgiving Workout!

30 burpees (2x)
50 pushups (2x)
100 Crunches (3x)
15 Pullups (3x)
15 Negative Dips (2x)
30 Min Cardio

This is a simple full body workout that has a little something for everyone. As long as you can try to get this workout done within 1-1:15 hours your going to have a great workout.
