Everyone has their vision of their ideal weight and wants to feel and look their best. Yet someone of us don’t realize that to make that switch an achieve this goal take smart planning, some of your time everyday and consistency.
Setting a realistic and ideal weight for your body can involve everything like planning how many meals to eat and the time you get up everyday. Setting a realistic and ideal weight for you body is not a part-time hobby, it’s your daily lifestyle and has to be your choice.
Setting weight loss goals, besides quitting smoking is probably one of the hardest thing you can do to change your lifestyle for the better. The key to setting a realist “Ideal Weight” for you body really comes down to goal setting and looking forward to a positive change.
So for example when it comes to goal setting for your ideal weight you need to sit down for a moment grab a pen and paper and write out your goals. Make sure your goals are SMART, Specific, Measurable, Realistic and Time oriented.
This is a great example of someone who set realistic and simple goals for their ideal body weight. This was a woman aged 27 who wanted to lose 20 pounds and wanted to workout 3 times a week with a trainer and eat healthier.
Example Of 24 Week Goals For 27 Year Old Woman = Lose 20 pounds (150-130)
- Workout 3 times a week with personal trainer and run outdoors
- Eat 4-5 small meals a day every day
- Meals must contain carbs only in the morning or before workouts
- Sleep from 10:00 pm – 7:00 am
- Wake up every morning and drink 1 liter of water
- Drink 8 glasses of water a day
This is an example of how a person who wanted to lose twenty pounds tried to set up a realistic and plan which is very effective. A simple plan like this can be made by anyone who wants to lose a bit of weight and transform their body to an ideal weight. But the goal with a plan like this is to be consistent as possible.
Most people do not understand that it takes a long period of time and do not understand that getting to an ideal weight doesn’t happen overnight. It take as much work and as you put, that will depend on how well you achieve your goals.
